  • If concrete is installed by professionals it should be conveyed to last 25 years of more. At Builtridge we use 3500 PSI as standard and we also add fiber mesh reinforcement to the cement mix which makes it stronger.

  • Our contracts provide a one-year limited workmanship’s warranty. However, if there are any problems with your project, we handle it on a case-by-case basis.

  • typically In four (4) days concrete has reached a cure point where you can walk on it or place any kind of furniture. After 7-10 days, you can drive and park on the pavement.

  • At Builtridge Concrete we don’t ask for any money upfront. On the job start date, once our crew, materials and machinery arrive at your property, we will require 50% deposit. Then when the project is completed and you are completely satisfied, we will ask for the remainder 50%

    Be aware of scams and fraud, there are many stories of people giving a deposit to fake companies and never show up for the job.
